2. Set Your Trip Basics — Add your trip name, destination, start and end dates, and quick notes or must‑do experiences.
3. Plan Your Lodging — Add your hotel name, check‑in/out dates, booking link, and cost. Members save up to 70% with Hotel Discounts Insider.
4. Plan Your Transport — Add flights, trains, or car rentals. Premium users can set departure reminders and see a live countdown on Transport items.
5. Add Activities — Add tours, dining, events, and attraction links for fast access on the go.
6. Manage Your Budget — Enter costs for Flights, Lodging, Transport, Activities, Food, and Other. Your total updates automatically.
7. Create a Checklist — Add essentials like passports, tickets, meds, chargers, and packing notes; check items off as you go.

• Plan missing on another device? Export a PDF or ICS, then open it on the new device.

• PDF not generating? Wait a couple seconds after page load, then tap Export PDF again.
• Totals look off? Revisit the Budget tab; the total equals the sum of all six fields.
